So, I finally got my processor. All is well. Except..............

The mobo will recognize all the IDE drives, but not the SATA drive as the master. The SATA had Adam's LEGIT Windows XP Home Edition, so I have the disk to run a repair so the mobo will work with it. But the problem is that it won't recognize it as the master, nor the slave, or not even on its own. The IDE Harddrive I have had a nonlegit copy of Windows XP on it, I would use it as the master, but I don't have the Windows disk for it anymore. If I could use it as the master, and repair it with that disk, I could install the drivers for the mobo and raid so that it would recognize the sata... but I'm fucked. Unless I get another nonlegit windows disk for my harddrive and just reinstall completely or figure out wtf is going on with the mobo not detecting the SATA. It should automatically detect it, because thats what it says in the manual. :/

If any of you know about computersss, please help. K?

I think my computer has finally died. Not completely yet, because it'll start up, but it won't make any beeping noises, nor will the monitor show anything. And it will only turn on if I had the jumper set for clear BIOS, or when it doesn't have a pin on it at all. But when it's set on normal, it won't even come on. And when it does, nothing... it just runs. It suuucks. I've been sitting in my room for hours, my back is hurting, and tomorrow we're moving, and I won't have my own fucking computer to entertain myself with. :/ IT BLOWS. BLLLLOOOOOOOWS.

So, HAY. I've been browsing laptops on the interwebs, I'm gonna invest in one. FINALLY! Not paying anything all at once though, I'm taking the monthly fee path. Even as that's a little more than paying it all at once, that's OK, because I'm not as ABLE to pay it all as once as most people are. So save the "that's not a good idea" because I'm going to do it anyway. It'll make my credit good, and paying something monthly has never been a problem for me.

My dilemma is which brand I should go for. I'll be gaming a little, downloading music a little, and aiming a little. That's it. So I don't need something very expensive. So it'll be easy to pay monthly on whatever I get. I'm going to bestbuy to look around, and I should probably go to Compusa. But I'm just wondering what brand and what specs would be minimal for just WoWing, and fucking around on the internet. Nothing special.
